Review of Nivea pure effect total clean up review

Hi Everyone...

Nivea is one such product where i have been using it since my childhood,so i have lot of memories attached towards the brand.As a child my mom use to apply Nivea cream all over my skin and it was an absolute favorite in  my house,ok so enough of rambling and lets get to the topic.As you must have guessed to day iam going to review a product from Nivea ie The Nivea pure effect total clean up.i have used the body creams and shower gels from this brand ,but this is the first time iam using a face product by Nivea and i have been using this for more than a month,Read on to know my take on the product.

Product claims:

Nivea pure effect total face cleanup enriched with Active Magnolia Extract provides you 5 benefits for Pure and Clear skin

• Its unique cleansing complex deeply washes off skin impurities.
• Its peeling particles unclog pores and purify skin from blackheads.
• Left on as a pack for a few minutes will refine skin’s appearance and support a perfect complexion.
• Its anti-bacterial formulation helps fight spot causing bacteria & gives visibly pure skin.
• Is soft and gentle to skin due to its mild formula.

Application:

• • Use it as a face wash daily by gently applying to face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse off thoroughly with water.
  • Apply it every day as a scrub to moistened face by smoothly massaging in upward circles focusing on forehead, nose and chin. Rinse off to reveal clearer skin.
  •  Use it as a pack for 2-3 times a week by lightly applying it on your face avoiding eye area. Leave it to dry for 3-5 minutes & rinse off with lukewarm water to support the perfect complexion

My experience :

The packaging of the product comes in a plastic tube with flip open cap,its quite simple and travel friendly The product has a very thick consistency and comes in  white color with blue granules in it for scrubbing purposes.It has slightly minty smell and i have used it as a scrub ,face wash and a pack,i find the granules quite gentle on the skin and leaves my skin feeling quite clean.

I dont think using this only as a face wash would make any sense as the consistency is quite thick and it has granules in it and it does not lather much.I mainly use it as a scrub and pack and it works really well for my skin.It leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean and the anti bacterial properties in it prevents any pimples(which i rarely get,but if i do get)

It is meant for normal to oily skin and i have  a normal skin and i quite like this product.Its a budget friendly product and you can add this product in your daily skin care routine ,it comes quite handy when you have to get ready in a hurry and do not have time for  a clean up .I would definitely recommend it to everyone, its a decent product that leaves you skin clean and refreshed in few minutes.
